Video: Seven Days of Autumn in Colorado

Just when you thought the mountain landscapes of Colorado couldn't get any more beautiful, autumn arrives. This video takes us on a visual tour of the Centennial State just as the leaves begin to turn to various shades of orange, crimson, and gold. The trees are painted with colors of the season, reminding us that while winter is indeed coming, autumn is still worth savoring as long as we can.

And when you're ready to experience your own Colorado adventure, Mountain Travel Sobek offers a four-day escape that takes travelers into Rocky Mountain National Park, hiking along the Milner Pass Trail, and over the Continental Divide. The trip is perfect for someone who doesn't have a lot of time, but still wants to experience a grand adventure in the mountains.

Video: Climbing a New Route in the Canadian Rockies with Raphael Slawinski

At the moment, mountaineer Raphael Slawinski is in Tibet preparing to attempt a new route up Mt. Everest. But in this video, we travel to the Ya Ha Tinda Range in the Canadian Rockies, where he put up a new route as well. The five-minute short film is a good introduction to Raphael, and his approach to climbing. It also has some spectacular shots of the scenery he passed through on his way to the top. This is a beautiful mountaineering film, with some good inspirational words from a man we'll be hearing a lot about this spring.

Video: Alex Puccio Climbs Jade (V14) in Rocky Mountain National Park

Professional climber Alex Puccio travled to Rocky Mountain National Park to try her hand at climbing one of the more iconic routes in the park. She went to test her skills on Jade, which holds a rating of V14 (read: very tough!). This video follows her climb, which was incredibly difficult for a number of reasons. The clip gives us a great look at one of the best climbers in the world doing her thing though, and it is amazing to watch her go to work despite the difficult conditions.

Video: Clouds and Mountains - Timelapse From the Canadian Rockies

The Canadian Rockies are the setting for this beautiful timelapse video, which captures some of the amazing landscapes there, and delivers them to our screens in bright, vivid colors. The timelapse photography from this three-minute video is nothing short of spectacular, and definitely worth a watch for anyone who loves alpine settings.
